Antwerp Management School – University of Antwerp

Within the overall structure of the University of Antwerp (UAntwerp), a public university in Flanders, Belgium, two main divisions provide business/management education: the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE) which provides initial bachelor/master education in business, economics and management and its business school, the Antwerp Management School (AMS) which provides postgraduate and executive education in business and management.

Although FBE and AMS are focused on different, but complementary types of activities, at strategic level FBE and AMS operate and interact closely  in order to ensure coherent management and a consistent and strong value offering. Many FBE professors also lecture at AMS, which enhances the faculty’s link with the corporate world, and encourages FBE graduates to obtain an additional degree at the management school.

The history of the Faculty of Economics can be traced back to 1852. Since then, it has evolved into the most international economic faculty in Flanders. The 3.000 bachelor/master students of this faculty enjoy the benefits of studying in an innovative city, the economic cornerstone of Flanders, with its rich cultural heritage and location in the heart of Europe. The graduates of the UAntwerp are critical, creative and strategic policymakers in all kinds of organizations.
