International quality label for client-supplier partnerships

The EFMD Excellence in Practice (EiP) Awards recognise outstanding and impactful client-supplier partnerships in the domains of Leadership, Professional, Talent and Organisational Development. The winning cases are showcased during EFMD Executive Development Conferences.

Robust learning community

By participating in the EiP award programme, you get a chance to join an outstanding list of companies, business schools and providers. More than 450 cases have been reviewed so far by an international judging panel.

Team-work experience

Whether you represent a company (L&D/HR), a business school or an alternative learning provider, all partners get a chance to act as a team and contribute to the case study to ensure a balanced view.

Selection based on four key areas

Your case study is reviewed based on 4 criteria:

  1. The well documented business challenge
  2. The appropriateness of the L&D initiative
  3. The effectiveness of the “commitment”
  4. The real impact the L&D initiative had on the people and organisation
