Student Experience Workshop

Student EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP - COVER IMAGE

Student wellbeing and engagement have become central to how institutions define student success and fulfil their broader responsibility of care. While students remain responsible for their own development, business schools play an important role in shaping environments that support resilience, adaptability, and meaningful participation in learning.

The Student Experience workshop explores how learning experiences can be designed to strengthen both wellbeing and engagement while preparing students for the demands of the world of work. It considers how the student experience connects with long-term outcomes, including the ability to apply knowledge in practice and engage critically in real-world contexts. Participants reflect on their current approaches and identify opportunities to encourage greater ownership of the learning journey.

Through discussion and peer exchange, the workshop highlights how to design purposeful learning experiences that foster belonging, strengthen engagement, and support sustained connection between students and their institutions.
