Future Focused Education Programme
As expectations around learning continue to evolve, faculty are increasingly required to adapt their teaching to more dynamic, technology-enabled, and learner-centred environments. This shift calls for new approaches to pedagogy and curriculum design that remain relevant in a rapidly changing context.
The Future Focused Education Programme supports business school faculty in reviewing and strengthening their teaching in response to these developments. Delivered within a single institutional context, it brings together colleagues from the same institution, creating a shared space for reflection, alignment, and collective development. It begins with an exploration of current EdTech trends, before guiding participants through the practical steps of designing engaging courses and developing future-focused, education-first curricula.
Using a highly interactive approach, the programme enables participants to rethink and transform their teaching. It emphasises creating engaging learning journeys, fostering peer-based learning, and developing innovative curricula that effectively deliver on intended learning outcomes.
