Internationalisation of Higher Education at the Philippines Network (ANTENA) accompanies the governance reforms at the ministry level to enhance the internationalisation capacities of universities in the Philippines. Activities included policy discussions, round tables and observation sessions in the Philippines and the EU, for the Philippine partners to be exposed to best practices in internationalisation and to streamline their internationalisation strategies and management guidelines.

The project was led by University of Alicante and gathered University of Montpellier and 10 Philippine universities (Ateneo de Manila University, Benguet State University, Central Luzon State University, De la Salle University, Mindanao State University Iligan Institute of Technology, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Saint Louis University, University of San Carlos, University of the Philippines and Xavier University).
