Skill Match in an Intelligent Learning Environment (SMILE) helps European HEIs align students' digital and green skills with SMES' labour market needs through the development of an Artificial Intelligence tool that will offer personalised training recommendations and development paths. 

CONFORM (IT) leads the project which gathers University of Siena (IT), Poznań University of Economics and Business (PL), University of Huelva (ES), Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, MEDITECH (MK), Seville Chamber of Commerce (ES) and Wielkopolska Chamber Of Commerce And Industry (PL).
