MICE Next Evolution (MICE.N.E.) supports cooperation between business schools and the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) sector by creating a new curriculum for students to acquire digital, green and managerial skills.

The project also produces micro-learning pills for students from economic backgrounds to increase the competitiveness of the MICE sector and a MICE Teaching Manual on transformational team coaching and work-based teaching. A 5-day International Hybrid Mobility will also take place during which partner university professors will test the teaching tools developed in the Teaching Manual.

The University of Naples ‘Federico II’ (IT) leads the project in partnership with the University of Nebrija (ES), CONFORM (IT), the Lithuanian Association of Meetings and Events (LT), Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (LT), the University of Maribor (SI) and Maribor Tourist Board (SI).
