Longevity Leadership for Business Schools
Longer lives and ageing populations are reshaping economies, organisations, and career patterns, challenging long held assumptions about education, work, and retirement. Many business schools remain anchored in models built for shorter careers and linear professional paths, prompting a need to reconsider how learning is designed and delivered over time.
The Longevity Leadership for Business Schools is a two-and-a-half-day programme that invites higher education leaders to rethink management education in the context of a 100-year life and a 60-year career. Drawing on demographic insights, institutional examples, and collaborative design work, it explores how longevity is transforming talent, learning needs, and strategic priorities.
This immersive experience brings together business school leaders to examine how programme portfolios, target audiences, and institutional strategies can evolve. Participants engage in rethinking how their institutions can remain relevant as the boundaries between education, career, and later life continue to shift.
