Mainstreaming the SDGs in Business Education Workshop

As sustainability becomes an increasingly central concern for business schools, institutions are under growing pressure to translate their commitments into coordinated, measurable action. While the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) offer a widely recognised framework, embedding them across institutional structures requires a clear and practical approach.

In this context, this four-week online workshop supports business schools in advancing Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability through the structured use of the SDGs. Participants explore how these can inform strategy, governance, and academic activities, while working directly within their own institutional context to assess current practices, identify gaps, and define priorities.

Combining live sessions, guided individual work, and peer exchange, the workshop focuses on moving from intention to implementation. Participants develop a focused and actionable plan that aligns sustainability ambitions with institutional objectives and day-to-day operations.

Target audience

Sustainability leads, Associate Deans, Programme Directors, accreditation managers, and senior staff responsible for advancing sustainability initiatives.

It is particularly relevant for those at an early or intermediate stage of integration who are seeking a structured, strategic approach to embedding sustainability across operations, teaching, and research.
